This method gets called when a com.dcsquare.hivemq.spi.message.CONNECT message arrives.

Parameters:
connect the com.dcsquare.hivemq.spi.message.CONNECT object which arrived
clientData information about the authenticated/anonymous client
Throws:
com.dcsquare.hivemq.spi.callback.exception.RefusedConnectionException if the client should be disconnected with a com.dcsquare.hivemq.spi.message.CONNACK with a specific com.dcsquare.hivemq.spi.message.ReturnCode
