Create a new de.hshannover.f4.trust.ifmapj.channel.SSRC object to operate on the given url using basic authentication.

Parameters:
url the URL to connect to
user basic authentication user
pass basic authentication password
tms TrustManager instances to initialize the javax.net.ssl.SSLContext with.
Returns:
a new de.hshannover.f4.trust.ifmapj.channel.SSRC that uses basic authentication
Throws:
java.io.IOException
