Marker for top level deployments that contain a beans.xml file

Mark the top level deployment as being a weld deployment. If the deployment is not a top level deployment the parent is marked instead

returns true if the is part of a weld deployment

            return unit.getAttachment() != null;
        } else {

returns true if the has a beans.xml in any of it's resource roots, or is a top level deployment that contains sub-deployments that are weld deployments.
